* The MED Alcohol Withdrawal PowerPlan will be updated on 07/17 and includes several major changes:
** Addition of optional “front-loaded dosing prophylaxis” section  
*** Chlordiazepoxide OR phenobarbital loading dose  
** Addition of phenobarbital taper to the “scheduled withdrawal prophylaxis” section  
** Addition of diazepam to “symptom-based withdrawal prophylaxis” section  
* Notify the heart failure attending of any heart failure patients 24/7 who are being admitted (Advanced Heart Failure)
